Copyright of all artwork still belongs to me.

If you would like a commission to be kept private and not posted publicly, there will be a fee.

I reserve the right to post your commission online anywhere I choose, and use/modify your commission as an example, or in a sample image/price sheet or in any other promotional images.

You may not edit / alter / change my work without my explicit permission.

Unless commercial usage/fees are discussed prior to commissioning, you may not use my work to make profit. This includes but is not limited to t-shirts, prints, stickers, logo, etc

The client may print their purchased artwork for their own personal use, provided it is not for profitable means.

You may repost your commission but you must ALWAYS credit me when reposting.

All of my prices are in USD.

Work will not be started until payment is received in full.

I do not work with minors, or anyone under 18. (+18 only)

I retain the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

If you have an issue with your commission, contact me directly privately. I will do my best to fix up any issues!

Acceptance of a commission is not guaranteed. I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

Prices are subject to change. If a price for an item were to change after the time of purchase, the client will not be reimbursed or billed the difference.

I do not work with deadlines. If I do decide to take a project with a deadline there will be a fee.

Finished artwork will be sent to the client through email.

Any chargebacks will result in being blacklisted/blocked.

I reserve the right to refund you during the commission process at anytime. If a commission is cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund no matter how much work had been done.

If a client wished to cancel a commission, if no work has been started you will receive a full refund. Depending how finished the commission is, you will receive a partial refund.

If a commission was abandoned or canceled while incomplete, it may be repurposed or resold. Any elements that are the client's property (i.e, characters) will not be used in this resale/repurposing, and will be replaced with either my own or another client's character.

I do the first set of (reasonable) edits is free, many edits may be charged an additional fee.

I will not make edits to a commission if it is not stated or requested when your commission is complete. (don’t come back months later asking for edits unless you are willing to pay.)
